Description

The rise of connected manufacturing equipment and “Industry 4.0” has created huge opportunities for manufacturers. These opportunities come with complexities of massive amounts of data and new tools to analyze and visualize information.

This training is intended to provide engineers, quality experts, business analysts and others that use data on a regular basis with the next level of awareness to better manage, analyze and visualize data.

Experts from the Ivy College of Business Data Analytics program will teach manufacturers key tools in effective data analytics including:

  • Fundamentals: Considerations before performing advanced analytics.
  • Expanding Excel capabilities using PivotTables (and, when excel just doesn't cut it anymore)
  • Analytical tool overview: R, Tableau, PowerBi, and others
  • Examples of application in manufacturing
