Enter IT industry with one of the most demanded skills - SQL language. It is required to work with data, so if you want to start as a data operator or jump to a software architect position it is the must-have skill.

Join us for this FREE class, Saturdays, Jan. 6 through March 10, from 9-11 a.m., Round Rock Public Library, Meeting Room B.

Main Focuses of Class:

- SQL knowledge, enough to get certification (not included)

- Your own project – web application running database you created

In Addition, You Will Learn:

- What should I do in IT? - IT industry branches, paths and careers

- What does it stand for? - Must to hear about tools and techniques in IT

- Why it does not work? - Bug tracking, testing, root cause analysis

- How should I start? - resume, job search and interview

Requirements:

- Basic computer knowledge;

- Some math, e.g. know how to solve quadratic equation;

- Notebook and pen/pencil;

- Personal laptop is highly desirable.
