About this event
The month of May brings us National Physical Fitness Month as well as Mental Health Awareness Month. Daily exercise can be so beneficial to improving our overall mental health, so join us for an energetic full-body workout to jumpstart your week. Bring a mat, water and a friend!
After the workout, be sure to stop by one of our neighboring businesses for brunch or a post-workout beverage.
