Description

Craft is partnering with our long time friend and purveyor D'Artagnan for an evening of six courses expertly prepared by craft Chef de Cuisine Kyle Koenig & guest Chef Gabe Pascuzzi focused on D'Artagnan's Salt Meadow Lamb. Our Assistant Beverage Director Darren Dunn has paired each course with wines from Southern France and with the view of our Chef's cooking your meal in an open kitchen it will be a night to remember!

The dinner will feature six courses and pairings:

1st Course:

Lamb Carpaccio with Cucumber, Nasturtium & Sea Urchin

2nd Course:

Seared Foie Gras with Sherry, Malted Chocolate Sabayon & Salted Streusel

Goat Cheese Caramelle with Lamb Shank Ragu, Peach & Mint

4th Course:

Lambchetta with Carrot, Roasted Artichoke, and Fennel Pollen

Mourvèdre/Cinsault/Grenache/Carignan, Domaine la Suffrene, Bandol Rosé, 2017, Provence, France

5th Course:

Lamb Loin & Leg Navarin with Ratatouille, Sunflower & Apricot
