Event Details

The Business EXPO is open to organizations who have either full-time and/or internship opportunities available for Business students only. 

It provides organizations with an opportunity to meet students from the nationally ranked International MBA programs, as well as the Master’s level students in Human Resources, Accounting, our part-time MBA for working professionals (PMBA) and the Master of International Business. You will also meet qualified Undergraduate students including those enrolled in the nationally ranked Undergraduate International Business degree program.

Organizations are able to:

* Learn about the Moore School degree programs
* Meet students in a career fair setting
* Meet our faculty and staff
* Partner with the Office of Career Management

EXPO REGISTRATION (2-step process)

1.  EXPO registration for the event must be completed through Handshake first (create a new account or log into your existing account, search fairs & register).

2.  Submit payment using the green Register button aboveYour booth is secured once payment is received.

Due to limited space, 1 - 2 tables per company please.  Set up of items must be within your booth space to allow room for all company displays.

Due to the location of our EXPO, we are not able to offer a location for on-site interviews during the event. Should you wish to schedule on-campus interviews on February 1st (day after EXPO), please contact Barbie Smrekar with the university's Career Center at 803-777-7560 or via email at

We ask that you book your interviews as soon as you are able.

Interviews will be held the following day, at the Coliseum, in a pipe and drape format.  Each booth will fit 2 interviewers and 1 interviewee.  Should you have more than 2 interviewers, we ask that you reserve additional booths.  

To reserve your booth, please submit your registration payment no later than January 24, 2018.   Each organization will be provided one 6' x 2' skirted table, 2 chairs, reserved parking (you will receive a parking pass at check-in) and lunch. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment.  Additional information provided with payment confirmation.

Cancellation policy: Should you and/or your organization need to cancel, we must receive your request in writing to no later than January 24, 2018. Due to expenses incurred, no refunds will be issued if requested after January 24, 2018 or after EXPO.

Exhibit Parameters:  All exhibits must be limited to the size of the 6' x 2' table. No vehicles or animals are allowed at the EXPO. All items for your display must be able to fit on or behind your table. Tables may not be taken down to allow for bigger displays. This will ensure that all employers have adequate and fair space and students can navigate the EXPO in an efficient and safe manner. 

Check-in time:  Check-in begins at 9:00 AM.

Lunch:  To maximize your time with our students, lunch will be available between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

Return shipping:  All companies are responsible for return shipment of their items.  Please prepare and attach return shipment labels to items to be shipped via FedEx or UPS. Take items to the designated shipping area which will be clearly posted for pickup. If you are not personally attending the event, we ask that you please provide this information to the appropriate colleague(s) who are.

Parking:  Park Street City Garage ONLY (corner of Park and Pendleton Streets).  Passes will be provided at the registration table.  Due to limited spaces, we highly encourage carpooling.  Please do not park in other areas as this may result in a ticket or towing.
