The qualities that we don’t accept about ourselves are repressed and form our Shadow. In this book discussion we will learn that true spiritual wholeness is not a denial of any part of ourselves but rather embracing all that is light and dark in an integrated, healthy, transcendent whole. This in-person discussion, will help us gain insights into accepting all of who we are. This is a four week discussion group, Wednesdays beginning 8/13 (no meeting 9/3).
