Event Details

Performance by the Left Coast Chamber Ensemble and students at UC Berkeley Department of Music. A very special musical evening featuring the 14th and 15th String Quartets of Darius Milhaud (1892-1974).  The program draws from Milhaud's memoir, My Happy Life, archival holdings of The Magnes and Mills College Library, and an extensive interview with Felix Kuhner, second violinist of the famed Kolisch Quartet. Co-presented with UC Berkeley Department of History.
