Event description

Description

What would you do if you were the bravest version of yourself?

Let's find out together as we tackle topics like making peace with vulnerability, dealing with shame and guilt, and learning to be courageous while also treating ourselves with compassion. Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Daring Greatly™ for Women in the Arena is a deep dive into what it means for you to live your life as your most wholehearted, authentic self.

This small group intensive will help you develop skills for living courageously at work and at home. You’ll leave the weekend feeling inspired to show up more fully in your personal and professional lives.

Who is this workshop for?

This Daring Greatly program is designed to support individuals who want to show up bravely in "the arena" of their lives, but find themselves held back by the fears and insecurities that cause us to play it small. If you struggle with feeling like you don’t truly belong anywhere; if you’re constantly hustling to maintain your sense of self-worth and self-esteem; if being vulnerable with people you care about terrifies you; or if you struggle with shame and guilt over not being enough or doing enough, then Daring Greatly™ might be just what you need to move forward.

No previous experience with Brené's work is required to attend – newbies are enthusiastically welcomed!

This session is intended for anyone who identifies as a woman or non-binary professional. It should go without saying, but trans women and women of all backgrounds, cultures, sexual orientations, ages (18+), religions and races are welcome here.

Price:

$650 includes the two-day intensive workshop, materials, and a light breakfast/snacks each day. Please call or email to inquire about payment plan options.

Many of our previous attendees have been able to obtain approval from their employer to use professional development or wellness funds to attend our workshop, so don't forget to take advantage of those benefits if you have them!

Getting Started:

In order to ensure this intensive will meet your goals for personal growth, I offer a 30 minute consultation via phone or in-person for all participants. I will reach out upon your ticket purchase to schedule OR you can contact me to schedule a time to talk before you buy. Space is limited to six spots, so email me as soon as possible to reserve yours.

Please note that this consultation is required for all group members - your reservation will not be considered complete and confirmed until this meeting. If the intensive is not a good fit for your needs, I will refund your ticket and refer you to alternative resources.
