Event description

Description

The Daring Way™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. During the process we explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. We examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding us back and we identify the new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.

We will come together to watch videos from Dr. Brown, complete art exercises and participate in group coaching and journaling activities.

We are mothers and daughters, businesswomen and stay-at-home moms, entrepreneurs and activists, sisters and wives; and we are Daring Greatly. Together.

We will meet for 4 Mondays from 6:00 - 8:00 pm September 25 | October 2 | October 9 | October 16

Through this workshop we will:

+ Identify our Core Values and how to live them in our daily lives
+ Learn about Vulnerability and how it shows up in our lives
+ Examine Empathy & Self-Compassion
+ Define Shame & learn about cultivating Shame Resilience

$200 includes: Snacks | Workbook | Art Supplies
