Event description

Description

Saturday January 19 + Sunday January 20
9:00 am - 1:00 pm

The Daring Way™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. During the process we explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. We examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding us back and we identify the new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.

We will come together to watch videos from Dr. Brown, complete art exercises and participate in group coaching and journaling activities in a brand new curriculum workbook fresh off the press in 2019.

Through this workshop we will:
+ Learn about vulnerability and how it shows up in our lives
+ Learn about Shame Resilience and develop these skills
+ Create healthy boundaries
+ Develop tools for self-compassion
+ Identify our core values and how to live them in our daily lives

$250 includes light snacks, workbook, and art supplies and a 30 minute post workshop 1:1 coaching session

*Ticket cost includes both days
