Event description

Description

“When we can let go of what other people think and own our story, we gain access to our worthiness—the feeling that we are enough just as we are and that we are worthy of love and belonging. When we spend a lifetime trying to distance ourselves from the parts of our lives that don’t fit with who we think we’re supposed to be, we stand outside of our story and hustle for our worthiness by constantly performing, perfecting, pleasing, and proving. Our sense of worthiness—that critically important piece that gives us access to love and belonging—lives inside of our story.”
― Brené Brown

Connection and building relationships with others is an essential human need. In today's social and political climate we need to support each other in leading lives of integrity, authenticity, and service.

Join an intimate group of bravehearts who are willing to take off the armor and share their thoughts, emotions, struggles, and triumphs.

The group focuses on identifying what is holding you back in your life and how to develop the skill set needed to live a more courageous and connected life. The material is based on the life work of Dr. Brené Brown in the area of shame and vulnerability.

The Daring Greatly Bravehearts Circle is designed to help participants build resilience to shame, foster self-compassion as well as learn the key elements to living a wholehearted life.

Our circle works through a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The method was developed to help men, women, and adolescents learn how to show up, be seen and live braver lives. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing a courage practice that transforms the way we live, love, parent, and lead.

DETAILS:

We meet monthly in a collaborative and supportive environment for dream-making, vision-cultivation, and compassionate personal accountability. Bring a journal, a supportive mindset, and dress comfortably.
