Join us once a month for an ambulatory run clinic at University of Illinois at Chicago's Student Recreation Facility. Here you will work with coaches and other participants on the indoor track to improve your running technique, mobility skills and participate in a run workout.
Participants need to be independent and able to ambulate (walk/run) upright on their own. This clinic is for individuals with a primary physical disability (i.e. amputee, cerebral pasly, stroke, etc.) or visual impairment. There will be volunteers available to assist participants.
Check in at the front desk and let the UIC staff know you are there for the Dare2tri ambulatory run clinic. Head upstairs to the elevated track where we will meet. Please bring a towel, water bottle and proper running shoes.
