About this Event

150 leaders across industries were asked what the future of leadership is. The #1 answer: We need braver leaders and more courageous cultures.

Join us for this two day Dare to Lead™ workshop which delivers Brené Brown's content anchored around the most significant findings from her latest research; that courage is a collection of four teachable, measurable, and observable skills. Our curriculum combines original Brené Brown videos, in-person facilitation, and thought-provoking exercises and discussions.

If you are seeking brave action, innovation, or transformation in your organization, your team or yourself, take the time to invest in this workshop. You will leave with the knowledge, tools and support to make lasting positive change in your leadership, team, and life.

Your learning will be facilitated by Lori Holmes, who has a wealth of real-world Fortune 50 executive experience and is known for her frank yet engaging charm. Her facilitation style is powerfully combined with this exclusive content for a truly memorable experience. Learn more about Lori at Aspire Workshops.

More About the Dare to Lead Program:

Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program designed to be facilitated by organizational development professionals.

Brené is a research professor at the University of Houston where she holds the Huffington Foundation – Brené Brown Endowed Chair at The Graduate College of Social Work. She has spent the past two decades studying courage, vulnerability, shame, and empathy, and most recently completed a seven-year study on courageous leadership. She is the author of five #1 New York Times bestsellers: The Gifts of Imperfection, Daring Greatly, Rising Strong, Braving the Wilderness, and Dare to Lead, which also debuted at #1 on The Wall Street Journal and Publisher’s Weekly list.

The most significant finding from Brené’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitators focus on developing these courage-building skills through workshops, training and coaching to help individuals, teams and organizations move from armored leadership to daring leadership.

Certified facilitators are authorized to issue Dare to Lead Trained certificates to individuals who successfully complete the full 16-hour training. In addition to receiving a certificate of completion, these individuals are allowed to put a Dare to Lead Trained badge on their LinkedIn account.
