About your Trainer
Sonisha Kripalani has a passion for Psychology since the age of 16 and became the Head of Psychology Department in her school four years ago, being exposed to many workshops and courses on coaching, differentiated learning and self-improvement. She met prominent international psychologists and got to experience their insights first hand – a colourful journey of understanding. She found, both as a student, teacher and Psychology Enthusiast and practitioner, that although Psychology can provide many insights into human behaviour and through its aims of scientific rigour, human experiences are invariably so different. Today, she is also seeing the importance of a spiritual dimension and believes that the two together – science and spirituality – are the answer to challenges we face today.
