First Course
Bodyguard Chardonnay - Warmed Brie Wheel topped with apple, cinnamon, coconut & mango. Served with crackers and banana chips.
Second Course
Pessimest Red Blend- Roasted Pork Tenderloin, baby bella mushrooms and olive tapenade
Third Course
Reserve Cabernet- Steak with blackberry reduction, served with asparagus
Fourth Course
Seqentias Merlot- Black Forest Cupcake
