Registration for each dance will take place after the prior dance--to give us time to respond to possible changes.

Tickets are $15 plus a small Eventbrite fee. Please complete a ticket request for each registrant. Each registrant must provide proof of being fully vaccinated, plus proof of receiving a booster (if eligible). Masks are mandatory for all dancers (no exceptions). The Bumper Car Pavilion is a covered outdoor space. There are space heaters in the ceiling. We will keep many of the plastic curtains open for added ventilation. Ticket sales limited to 175 (capacity 350). No cancellations.

But what about Covid, you ask? Please read carefully: Our planning involves close consultation with an epidemiologist, we are watching the numbers daily, and we’re following or exceeding state and county recommendations. The dances are scheduled weeks apart to give us time to reevaluate as conditions change.

We now require full vaccination AND a booster, for those who are eligible. If you received 2 doses of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine more than 5 months ago, or one dose of the J&J vaccine more than 2 months ago, please obtain a booster at least a week in advance of the March 24th dance so you may attend this dance. On Eventbrite, you will be asked to provide phone numbers (use the format: xxx-xxx-xxxx). Unless you attended a dance since February, you must email proof of vaccination and booster to dancingplanet@erols.com. We will keep a record that you were boosted, so you can attend future dances.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We do not offer refunds, but we’ll give you credit toward one of our future dances if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance at dancingplanet@erols.com. You may not transfer your registration to anyone else. Since everyone must be pre-registered, if someone else shows up in your place, that person cannot be admitted, per Glen Echo Park requirements.

Masks are required at all times. Masks should fit well and cover your nose and mouth at all times. We advise Level 3 surgical masks or better (N95/KN95/double masking with surgical mask covered by cloth mask).

Please bring your Photo ID to show at the door.

And, OF COURSE, a quick reminder: If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, please do not attend this dance. Please wait until the next dance to dust off your dancing shoes!
