Part One: The Movement
Physical
- Moving to music will help participants to feel relaxed
- Release trapped stress
- Move discomfort and pain
- Connect people to what their bodies needs
- Increase blood flow and move lymphatic fluids
- Raise heart rate
- Raise frequency
Emotional
- Moving consciously to the right music, helps to move stagnant emotions trapped in the body in a healthy and positive way.
- It revitalises energy
- Visualisations and embodiment bring a sense of empowerment and self regulation skills
- Participants will have a sense of freedom and joy.

Part Two: The Meditation

- Participants will learn the benefits of visualisation.
- Feel empowered and able to change their emotional state.
