Soca Tworkout Fitness is a dance workout program that uses dance as a way to help TONE and SCULPT your body while burning calories. You'll be having so much fun listening to different Caribbean music that you'll forget you're even working out. From KICKBOXING, to WAISTLINE movements to high intensity CARDIO workouts.
