Join us for a FREE 45-minute workout. Each workout offers well-balanced complete fitness, with cardio intervals including dance fitness, and strength training. An eclectic selection of music will inspire and energize you. The classes are conducted in a clean and spacious gymnasium. So, there’s plenty of room for you and a friend. You may want to bring a towel and light weights (optional).
