Cardio & Core Fitness
This class is designed to burn fat and sculpt muscle in a total body workout with a focus on essential core training. By setting body weight exercises to music, the heart rate is raised to a proper cardio strengthening level. Take your workout to the next level and see results in no time!
Suggested class attire is comfortable yet form-fitting to accentuate body lines and proper placement during instruction.
$15 per class drop-in rate / Included in all adult memberships.
NOTICE: There are no refunds once your payment is processed. Please bring email confirmation or printed ticket to check-in for admission. First-time students must arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to start time to complete new client paperwork. No late admittance for anyone 15 minutes after class has begun.
