Spend the whole day working with chocolate by registering for all three chocolate workshops. Start with a master class on chocolate desserts then grab lunch at one of Trinity Grove's great restaurants (cost not included, but the all day discount should more than cover it). After lunch learn to make chocolate from bean-to-bar. Then end your day of chocolate workshops with some excellently paired chocolate and wine. Chocolate Desserts Workshop 10:00 AM - Noon
Learn to make chocolate desserts with some professional assistance in this hands-on workshop. Suitable for beginners or pros and full of great chocolate.

Bean-to-Bar Chocolate Making Workshop 1:00 PM - 3:30 PM
Bean-to-bar chocolate makers take great cacao beans and craft them into fine chocolate bars. After completing this class you'll be one of them. Suitable for beginners or experts you'll be guided by professional craft chocolate makers throughout the entire process.

Chocolate & Wine Pairing Workshop 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
After a hard day of chocolate and dessert making how about some wine? Join our own chocolate expert, Madame Cocoa (Adrienne Newman), and a top Texas sommelier for a hands-on chocolate and wine pairing experience. Plenty of chocolate and wine and the knowledge to make them work together. 21+ only.

Event Details

Inspired by the Dallas Chocolate Festival? Take your love of chocolate to the next level with a trio of hands-on chocolate workshops. All workshops take place at the 3015 at Trinity Groves event space and kitchen. These are serious classes in a serious kitchen, but are suitable for all skill levels.

The Chocolate Desserts Workshop will be led by Chef David Collier, Executive Pastry Chef of Spoon Bar & Kitchen and Knife and the duo behind Haute Sweets Patisserie -- Chef Gianni Santin and Chef Tida Pichakron. 

The Bean-to-Bar Chocolate Making Workshop will be taught by an amazing trio of American chocolate makers: Scott Moore, Jr. of Tejas Chocolate; Kristen Hard of Cacao Atlanta Chocolate Company; and Ben Rasmussen of Potomac Chocolate.

Our own hostess, Adrienne Newman (Madame Cocoa), will be leading the Chocolate & Wine Pairing Workshop along with an excellent Texas sommelier. What a great way to end an amazing week of chocolate!
