Inspired by the Dallas Chocolate Festival? Take your love of chocolate to the next level with a trio of hands-on chocolate workshops. All workshops take place at the 3015 at Trinity Groves event space and kitchen. These are serious classes in a serious kitchen, but are suitable for all skill levels.
The Chocolate Desserts Workshop will be led by Chef David Collier, Executive Pastry Chef of Spoon Bar & Kitchen and Knife and the duo behind Haute Sweets Patisserie -- Chef Gianni Santin and Chef Tida Pichakron.
The Bean-to-Bar Chocolate Making Workshop will be taught by an amazing trio of American chocolate makers: Scott Moore, Jr. of Tejas Chocolate; Kristen Hard of Cacao Atlanta Chocolate Company; and Ben Rasmussen of Potomac Chocolate.
Our own hostess, Adrienne Newman (Madame Cocoa), will be leading the Chocolate & Wine Pairing Workshop along with an excellent Texas sommelier. What a great way to end an amazing week of chocolate!
