Learn how to make soft, chewy, delicious mochi from scratch! Join us for an intimate, hands-on Daifuku Mochi Workshop where you’ll master the art of making traditional Japanese mochi with your own two hands. This class is beginner-friendly, fun, and designed to be interactive and relaxing.

In this workshop, you’ll learn the full process of crafting Daifuku-style mochi, including:

✨ 1. Making the Mochi Dough

• Mix and cook your own fresh mochi
• Learn the exact technique for achieving soft, stretchy texture

✨ 2. Filling Techniques

Create a variety of fillings from classic to modern, including:

• Traditional: Azuki red bean paste, black sesame, peanut
• Modern: Custard, taro, ube, chocolate
• Fresh Fruit: Strawberries, mango, blueberries

✨ 3. Wrapping & Shaping Mochi

• Portioning dough
• Wrapping fruit and fillings smoothly
• Tips to avoid sticking, tearing, or cracking
