Polished Pebbles, an Illinois Gold Star- Rated Mentoring Program, is a Chicago-based mentoring initiative that creates communication competencies to help increase the employability of young women in the future workplace. Since 2009, Polished Pebbles has helped over 3,000 girls ages 7-17 years old to become effective communicators at home, school, and the future workplace.
