Description

In the last session of the series, we will discuss how external funding can help you grow your business or provide working capital during crucial times. We will address:

  • Pros and Cons of different funding sources

  • Leveraging debt to grow your business

  • The 5 things to consider when preparing for funding

  • Getting your financials in order

  • Resources available to you

This session is part of a 4 part workshop series for general contractors, independent contractors, or sub-contractors that provides residential renovation, remodeling or repair services. It is hosted by LiftFund, in collaboration with the City of San Antonio Neighborhood & Housing Services Department and District 5. Participants will receive: workbooks with crucial business information and resources, food and drinks at each workshop, networking with other small business owners in the construction industry, an opportunity to receive a discounted interest rate on a small business loan from LiftFund*.

*Must attend 3 of the 4 session and meet LiftFund loan criteria. Must apply by December 31, 2019.
