Join us at our semi-annual District Council Business Meeting, which will be held online in accordance with Toastmasters International guidelines.

Voting Authority

• Club Presidents, Club VPEs, and voting members of District Executive Committee (DEC) get one vote each.

• Since proxies are not allowed for online meetings, each District Council member must cast their own vote.

• Club officers of multiple clubs are limited to a maximum of two (2) votes and must register separately for each role.

Meeting Materials

At this meeting, we'll hear district updates and vote to:

• Ratify appointed District Leaders for 2019-20

• Approve the District Alignment for 2020-21

• Elect District Leaders for 2020-21 (meet the candidates)

New business must be submitted in writing by April 25. Visit d4tm.org/business to submit new business, review meeting documents, and register. The meeting agenda and supporting documents will be posted by May 2 to allow you time to review and submit questions prior to the meeting.

Accessing the Meeting

• The link to the virtual meeting will be provided via email to all who pre-register by Friday, May 15 at 6 PM.

• The meeting will be live-streamed via YouTube for non-voting members.

IMPORTANT: To ensure you receive your ballots, please register with a personal email rather than a work email as some companies may block emails from an unknown address.

Annual District Conference: Building Bridges
