The 70th anniversary of D-Day on June 6, 2014 will be marked by national and local commemorations on both sides of the Atlantic as well as in Eastern Europe, Asia and Australia. D-DAY 3D: NORMANDY 1944 is a Giant Screen documentary produced entirely in 3D that provides a new, penetrating look at this moment in history in a unique manner to both teach and remind audiences of the largest-ever Allied operation and its lasting effect on the world.
Join us for remarks by WWII veteran and Michigan Representative John D. Dingell and Senator Carol Levin, Chairman of the Senate Armed Forces Committee, followed by a free screening of D-Day 3D.
Seats are limited; registration is required! Please bring proof of military service with your registration confirmation. Please limit guests to 4 per 1 veteran / active military person so that we may accommodate as many servicemen & women as possible.
From Memorial Day Weekend (Sat, may 24th) through the weekend of July 4th (Sunday, July 6th), The Henry Ford commemorates and celebrates the brave men and women of the US Armed Forces with several unique and inspiring events.
