Cycle Syncing & Journaling: A Practical Workshop
Over the past 5 years, I’ve change my body and mind for the better. I've completed 3 in-depth educational programs on cycle syncing, and honestly, it’s changed everything. Now, on day 1 of my cycle, I plan my month quickly on paper, with intention: what I’ll eat, how I’ll move, who I’ll see, the kind of work I’ll focus on, when I’ll travel, and most importantly, how I’ll rest. This framework has given me more energy, more clarity, and predictable, pain-free cycles.
What if I told you that you (and those you love; partners, daughters, friends) could feel deeply connected to yourself, experience more consistent energy through the month, and finally understand the rhythm of your own body?
From my years of study and personal experience, I know most of us are never taught how to work with our bodies. Instead, we push through, and the results often show up as some of the biggest health challenges people with cycles face between ages 20–50:
- Hormonal imbalances like PMS, PMDD, irregular cycles, PCOS, or endometriosis
- Fertility challenges including stress around conceiving or miscarriage
- Mental health struggles - anxiety, depression, burnout from pressure and pace
- Stress and sleep disorders, adrenal fatigue, and the constant “wired but tired” feeling
- Weight fluctuations, insulin resistance, and metabolic challenges
- Gut health issues like bloating, IBS, intolerances, and microbiome imbalance
- Cardiovascular risks such as high blood pressure and cholesterol (often overlooked in women under 50)
- Skin and hair concerns including acne, eczema, hair thinning, and hormone-related changes

I’ve shared this work all over the world, and many of the women I’ve helped still keep in touch with me today to tell me how these tools have completely transformed their lives. Now I’m bringing it home - to give back to the Surf Coast and Geelong community that has welcomed me so beautifully.
This deep-dive is normally a $499 program, but I’m making it accessible to everyone for just $10. Spots are capped to keep the session intimate so we can all get the most from it.

What to Bring
- Picnic blanket or rug, yoga mat, journal + pen, and water bottle
- Your own snacks, or a pot luck style dish to share if you’d like
- If you’re a woman, track your cycle beforehand (for your eyes only) to get the most out of the session, knowing what day you're on
Who Can Attend
Everyone is welcome - women, men, partners, friends, colleagues. Kids are welcome too, but please keep in mind this is an educational session requiring concentration. The space is wheelchair and stroller accessible.
