Suzanne Kecmer is Vice President at Norwich University Applied Research Institutes (NUARI) focused on the commercialization of its distributed live exercise software, the DECIDE platform, funded by the Department of Homeland Security to focus on cyber security for critical infrastructure. Prior to this, Suzanne was an investment banker focused on cyber security, data analytics and classified markets and was also an equity research analyst focused on aerospace and defense at Merrill Lynch. She garnered hands-on experience in cyber security by leading the stand-up of Raytheon’s cyber security effort beginning in 2004. She resides in Arlington, Virginia and holds an MBA from Columbia University.

Grant Elliott is the Founder and CEO of Ostendio, Inc. which delivers affordable Cyber Security and Risk Management solutions to health care companies. Mr Elliott is also the cofounder and President of the Health Care Cloud Coalition (HC3), a not-for-profit group of stakeholders working to develop a common framework for how health care laws apply in an increasingly cloud based ecosystem. Mr. Elliott writes regularly on these topics and provides general thought leadership and guidance on the role of government regulation in the health technology space.

Ms. Vadhani is a seasoned executive in Banking & Capital Markets and has over sixteen years of IT Strategy & Planning and Risk Management experience. Over the span of years, she has become a trusted advisor to C-suite executives (CIO, COO, and CISO) in addressing their needs for IT Strategic Plans and Alignment, large scale IT Transformations, Budgets, Governance Frameworks, IT Service Management, Value Delivery, IT Risk Management, IT and Business Process improvements and IT Audits.
Ms. Vadhani is a key executive responsible for developing and managing C-suite relationships in the Operations and Technology organization at her clients. She is heavily involved in account management and business development activities and is in charge of account planning and strategy.
