With the growing number of internet users in Cambodia, cybersecurity becomes now more than just an IT issue, it’s a business issue.

On the 20th November, TEKHUB will be hosting a panel discussion on "Cybersecurity in Cambodia: understanding online threats”

We’ll be exploring the most common threats to online security for Cambodia, understanding what cybersecurity is, and most importantly what should you be doing as a small business to protect yourself.

It will be an insightful conversation led by cybersecurity experts Ou Phannarith and Vandy Ly.

Mr Ou is the Director of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Security for the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of Cambodia. He had been involved in the development of Cybercrime law and policy, and speaks at international conferences. He is also the founder of the first leading information security awareness website in Cambodia, Secudemy.

Mr Vandy is the Deputy Manager for Cybersecurity with Big Four Consulting Firms. With 14 years of experience in software development and IT security, he holds many credentials including being a Certified Ethical Hacker.
