The CFO Leadership Council has assembled a panel of experts to educate CFOs on practical approaches to cyber security. In an age when cyber threats are inevitable, how does a CFO navigate keeping a company safe and secure while not hindering productivity? How does the CFO work with the Board and the IT team to minimize risks? Can one put a price tag on cyber security?
This panel of experienced industry experts will explore these issues and discuss practical approaches to navigating cyber issues. You will learn what risks and threats are out there, how to protect your business along with their pros and cons, what security policies and programs that should be in place to cover business risks and not impede productivity.

About Our Speakers:
Todd is co-founder and President of Nehemiah Security. He oversees operations across the organization and is leads the strategic direction of the company. Todd is a 30-year technology leader with experience as founder, CEO, CFO, COO, and investor in companies ranging from global SaaS software companies to professional services firms.
Prior to Nehemiah Security, he served as CFO / COO of Moreover Technologies, Inc., the industry-leading provider of online media monitoring content globally. In 2014, he led the team in the sale of the company to LexisNexis BIS, a division of Reed Elsevier (RELX Group).
From 2003 to 2011, Todd served as CEO & Co-Founder of LeverPoint, LLC, a software product development company. Under his leadership, LeverPoint grew from three founders to a global organization with centers in the US, Romania, India and Argentina. In 2009, LeverPoint merged with Three Pillar Software to form Three Pillar Global, where as President, Todd oversaw finance, strategy and M&A. In this role, he completed two strategic acquisitions and closed two rounds of financing, helping to propel the company to an industry leadership position and almost 600 employees worldwide.
Todd prior experiences include founding and leading the following; CEO/Founder of ASPEN (sold to Outtask), CEO/Founder of CompAcct, Ltd. (sold to GE Capital), COO/Founder of a division of EdgeMark Systems (later spun out as BroadPoint Technologies) and Managing Partner/Founder of LeverPoint Capital Partners.
Co-Founder & Chairman
Chad Fulgham is Co-Founder & Chairman of Kaseware, Inc. Kaseware is a creator of enterprise class case management, incident management and secure collaboration and information sharing platform. He also serves as the Chairman of PerCredo, LLC. PerCredo is a Cyber Security Consulting and Reselling firm.
Previously, Mr. Fulgham was the Chief Strategy Officer of Tanium, Inc. and Vice President in Lockheed Martin’s IS&GS Defense and Intelligence Line of Business. Mr. Fulgham served as the Executive Assistant Director (EAD) and Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Prior to joining the FBI, he held information technology, security and risk assessment positions in the private sector for Lehman Brothers, IBM, JP Morgan Chase, and Arthur Andersen. Mr. Fulgham started his career with a 5-year service assignment in the U.S. Navy and ultimately held the position of Information Security Manager, Network Manager & Communications Officer.
Mr. Fulgham graduated from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md., with a B.S. degree in Economics. He is a graduate of The Executive Program at the Darden School of Business. Mr. Fulgham holds a CISSP.
Mr. Fulgham’s accomplishments have been recognized by Information Week’s Government CIO Top 50, February 2011, and CIO Leadership Network’s 2011 Top 10 Breakaway Leaders, September 2011.
Director, Federal Advisory
Mr. Kupcinski is a proven senior leader in KPMG’s Federal Cyber Security group, which provides clients with access to the latest insights during a time of increasing disruption and convergence in the information security field. Through this role, John provides thought leadership to the Federal community around secure computing and the security benefits to the mission. He engages clients through speaking, articles, working groups and participation on panels. Mr. Kupcinski has worked in both pre-and post-breach environments and has helped clients understand how to align their cyber agenda with dynamic business and compliance priorities. Additionally, he has built and improved information security programs for large multi-national organizations and has been instrumental towards evolving business and technology programs by providing greater visibility and understanding of information security as a business risk.
E&O Cyber Product Leader
Aon Risk Solutions
Darin serves as a Senior Vice-President and E&O/Cyber Product Leader with Aon Risk Solutions and focuses on cyber insurance product innovation and the development of effective E&O and cyber solutions for Aon clients. Darin serves as Chair the Professional Risk Solution Group's Policy Committee, which is dedicated to reviewing and developing policy language with key business partners. Additioanlly, Darin also works closely with Aon's Financial Services Groups claims team to provide claims advocacy on E&O and Cyber claims.
Darin joined Aon in 2016 after eighteen years in the private practice of law, during which he provided advice, counsel and representation to commercial clients on insurance coverage-related issues. Darin has counseled both private and publicly traded companies on emerging issues pertaining to cyber insurance coverage including the review and development of policy language under cyber insurance policies, as well as cyber-related claims arising under both cyber and non-cyber insurance policies.
Prior to joining Aon, Darin was a shareholder with Anderson Kill, where he served as Co-Chair of the firm’s Cyber Insurance Recovery Group and was a frequent speaker on issues related to cyber insurance coverage. Darin also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable William J. Nealon of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
Darin earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with Honors from The University of Pittsburgh and earned his Juris Doctorate Summa Cum Laude from Widener University School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review.
Darin has served on American Bar Association’s Task Force on Disaster Insurance Coverage.
