It all starts with Phishing | get on the front foot

Phishing is almost always the first point at which a data breach or hack occurs. The attacks can be simple or sophisticated, automated and indiscriminate or targeted. Protecting against phishing, in its many forms can help reduce your vulnerability to this type of attack

08.35-08.55 What is phishing? Andy Green, Director, Blockphish. Andy will introduce phishing, explain what different forms phishing can take, and how you can take steps to start protecting against these types of attacks almost straight away

08.55-09.15 WannaCry, NotPetya and the evolution of Ransomware. Mark Saville, Data2Vault. Mark will look at a couple of the more public outbreaks and how Ransomware is evolving

09.15-09.35 Protecting against more advanced phishing exploits. Daryl Flack, Director Blockphish. Daryl will introduce us to a range of measures that Blockphish have found to be extremely effective in reducing the vulnerability of organisations to more advanced phishing attacks

09.35-09.45 Q & A panel. Andy, Mark and Daryl will answer questions about Phishing and Ransomware
