It is regularly reported in Cyber Security surveys that up to 45% of data breaches and data loss incidents are attributed to human factors. Social engineering and cyber fraud techniques will rely on tricking your staff, or the staff in your supply chain into divulging information or performing tasks that enable fraud, a breach or data loss. The human factor is a huge influence on the success of your organisation, but human factors expose vulnerabilities that cybercriminals are experts in exploiting.
