It’s time once again for our annual Cyber Monday Special. This year Spend $20 get a voucher worth $40 OFF Elite Black Car service To or From the airport. Airports served include DFW Dallas Fort Worth, DAL Dallas Love Field, AUS Austin, IAH Houston Bush, HOU Houston Hobby, LAS Las Vegas.
How It Works:
1. Purchase your voucher(s)
2. When you are ready to travel call or email us at least 48 hours prior to your travel date to set up your reservation. If you do not have an existing client profile/account we will set one up at time of reservation.
3. Have your voucher/ticket number handy at time of reservation.
4. Sit back and relax.
Things To Know

What will my final cost for service be after my Cyber Voucher is applied?

Can I apply the Cyber Monday to an existing Reservation?
Unfortunately no, Cyber Monday discount vouchers can only be applied to future reservations.

What type of vehicle is provided?
Either a Black Sedan, SUV or Executive Limousine. You make the selection at time of reservation. Rates vary by vehicle class.
Is my voucher transferrable?
Yes, simply let us know who you would like it transferred or applied to.
Can I update my information?
Yes, contact us directly to update your profile and/or trip information at (972) 245-1270
Do I have to present my printed voucher at time of pickup?
No, we will take your voucher number at time of reservation and apply electronically.
What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds for this promotion all sales final.
What if I do not use my voucher by the expiration date?
If you do not travel prior to the expiration date (04/30/2017) we will apply the purchase (face) value ($20) to your account for future travel. The face value ($20) will be valid until 12/31/2017
Is there an expiration?
Yes, the promotional value must be redeemed by April 30, 2017. This means your actual travel must occur by April 30, 2017.
By purchasing a voucher am I guaranteed service?
Although we will make every attempt to accommodate your service date and time. Unfortunately we can not guarantee availability due to varying supply and demand. However, it is unusual that we are not able to accommodate most request and we normally will fulfill 98% of all initial request. We highly recommend making reservations for service at least a week or more prior to your travel date to insure availability. If you are planning to use your voucher before December 6th you may want to call us at (972) 245-1270 to check availability prior to purchase.
What is not included?
Regardless of your net base rate the voucher cannot be applied towards Tolls or Gratuity.
