Using psychology to shape your customers’ Behavior

We like to think of ourselves as rational creatures. However, 80% of our day-to-day
decisions are done so unconsciously. We have no idea about how much our emotions, cognitive biases and environmental cues impact on these thousands of small decisions we make, every minute of every day.

Join us to exploe how we can craft customers’ decision making in digital channels, and inspire some fresh thinking for your experimentation & optimization programs.

Dr. Liraz Margalit, Web psychologist and Director of Behavioral Science at Clicktale, has developed a practical framework designing customers behavior. The framework gives product managers, designers, and marketers a new way for thinking of the necessary components of changing user behavior.

Create a Health Care User Centered App - Case Study
Our main challenge in the field of Healthcare is creating a user centric platform for patients that is tailored to their medical conditions and needs and is sensitive to their personal information.

In my talk I will share the challenges we faced during the design of the platform and the innovative solutions we have implemented to overcome these challenges.

Lilach Ben Artzi Levy has been a leader of Digital Transformation in some of Israel’s biggest companies such as Migdal Insurance, Cellcom, Bezeq International and 012, for over 20 years. Today Lilach is the Head of Digital at Maccabi Healthcare.For the last couple of years Lilach is leading a digital transformation in the organization focusing on User Experience and User Centered platforms.

This evening is the part of a week dedicated to Designing the Customer Experience (CX) in the Digital Era and intended to help UX designers think from customers’ perspective, identify gaps, share insights and come up with innovative solutions to their customer engagement challenges.
