In this workshop, Salesforce Business Consultant and Digital Strategist, Joshua Barnes will share how to:
  • Use data-first strategies to driver personal interactions
  • Explain why organizations leak revenue unwittingly and how to stop it across multiple lines of businesses and processes
  • Share stories of customers undergoing digital transformation and how they got to their 'aha' moment.
  • Conduct a CX Journey-Mapping experience in the room as a table-top exercise.
