CX Forums Experience Atlanta 23 is focused on transportation and travel with 3 days of engaging and immersive interaction learning. Transportation is at the heart of customer experience. Planes, trains, automobiles not only help people experience travel, but helps move products to stores and materials to factories worldwide.Nothing happens without it. You'll be amazed what you can learn from it.

April 12 - Innovation Lab @ Delta Flight Museum

  • Get outside of the box at the Innovation Lab at Delta Airlines Museum. Hands on learning to fuel future innovation in CX/UX to improve customer and employee experiences. Includes lunch and workshop at the Delta Museum.

April 13 - CX Forums Atlanta Main Event @ City Winery

  • 6 Storytellers, 2 Keynotes, Panel, Small Group Discussions @ Lunch and Interactive Group Activities with CX leaders from a variety of disciplines and industries.
  • Join customer experience leaders from across the USA to network, share ideas and tips, expand skill sets and support each other in improving their unique CX initiatives.

April 14 - Hands On Workshops Online

Day One, April 12 from 12:30 to 5:00, will be a half day master class held at the Delta Flight Museum to provide a unique transportation-centric venue which includes a beautiful stage and theater, with state-of-the-art audio/visual, multiple creative meeting spaces, dining and more. A uniquely eclectic experience located in near Hartsfield International Airport, the Delta Flight Museum has quickly become Atlanta's favorite gathering place for events and entertainment. 

Day Two, April 13 from 8:00 to 4:30, we are delighted to return to City Winery for the main event. City Winery provides a unique music and wine-centric venue which includes a beautiful stage and theater, with state-of-the-art audio/visual, multiple creative meeting spaces, dining and more.

These amazing venues are just part of what sets CX Forums Experience events apart from traditional conferences. While most trade events take place in sterile conference centers and hotels, both City Winery and Delta Flight Museum were designed to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Size Matters
