Tickets sold July 12th – August 5th, 2021
No physical tickets will be issued. Tickets purchased will be placed in a drawing with the name, phone number and email address listed of purchaser(s). Winners will be contacted August 6th. Must be 18 or older to purchase a ticket or win a prize. No Refunds on purchases. There is no limit to the number of tickets an individual can purchase.

Modern Woodmen Fraternal Financial is sponsoring the fundraiser with a 50/50 matching grant up to $2,500. Collide: Cuyahoga Falls is the Artistic Sponsor, supporting the selected artist’s payment.
CVAC will contact the purchaser to confirm where tickets purchased are to be allocated. IF CVAC IS UNABLE TO REACH THE PURCHASER, the purchases tickets will be distributed between Raffle A-C respectively.
