Cuts & Vines: 5 Course Degustation Dinner
Join us on the rooftop for a refined culinary experience at HQ Bar + Kitchen, where five premium cuts of Australian beef meet five exceptional wines from Fermoy Estate - each course crafted to showcase the harmony between butcher’s artistry and vineyard craftsmanship.
This exclusive dinner highlights locally sourced, WA beef, including Filet Mignon and other select cuts, perfectly paired with varietals drawn from different grape vines of the same estate, curated by Fermoy’s winemakers.
Each pour (120ml wine, 75ml dessert wine) has been chosen to complement the flavours of the dish it accompanies, celebrating the best of Western Australia’s produce and viticulture.
