…the Customer Service Revolution continues!

Please join us as we explore the notion of our Customer’s experience on an omni-channel service platform. We will be bringing together a panel of thought leaders to discuss the process of offering a multi-faceted experience – to include self-service, as well as meeting the customer where they are with solutions spanning from calls to emails to texting to chat. Further…and maybe most importantly, we’ll talk through the marketing considerations of driving the customer to the suite of options that will ultimately drive up customer satisfaction and drive down costs through efficient and effective means to solving our customer’s issues.
