Customer Success Europe - Early Bird €250 - Team of 4 Tickets €600

Customer Success Europe is a Peer Learning organisation that wants to facilitate serious conversations about the Strategy, Process, People and Technology of Customer Success. 

We founded Customer Success Europe because we wanted a European focused peer learning group with local chapters dealing with the local challenges of implementing Customer Success. We hold events in Dublin, London, Paris and other major European cities. These events are planned and run by local people using international best practice in Customer Success.

Both The Customer Success  Association and the Customer Success Forum on LinkedIn were founded by Mikael Blaisdell. With over 30,000 members of the forum and the Association, Mikael has been at the forefront of organising events to enable great conversations about Customer Success.

Customer Success Europe founders are Peter Lyon, VP Customer Success, Brightflag; Evin Conway, Head of Customer Success, MongoDB; Oonagh McCutcheon, Customer Operations Manager at IE Domain Registry and Sue Nabeth, Founder of Success Track Enterprise.
