Our online Customer Success University (CSU) offers a structured curriculum designed to help new CSMs create a foundation around - and to reinforce for more experienced CSMs - the core concepts and best practices of Customer Success Management at their own pace.
CSU Live! is designed to take students through that curriculum in a single, day-long session, perfect for rapidly onboarding new CSMs and ensuring experienced CSMs maintain a strong foundation around the core concepts and best practices of Customer Success Management.
We will meet the objectives of all three of the online CSU courses - CSM101, 201, & 301 - but in a way that is 100% unique for the onsite, in-person experience.
What to Expect
- Full-Day, In-Person Program
- We will incorporate games and teamwork into the curriculum
- Expert leaders in Customer Success will guide the day’s learning
- Top-level, currently-active Customer Success Managers will share their wisdom
