AREAS OF FOCUS


In this workshop, your engaging facilitators will walk you through the three crucial elements to delivering incredible customer service.

CONNECTION: Establish rapport and build relationships with customers in a meaningful way.

COMMUNICATION: Create more positive customer interactions through understanding your personal communication style and how to leverage it effectively.

CUSTOMIZATION: Show your customers that you genuinely care through anticipating their needs and personalizing their service experience.

This workshop is designed for front-line employees, managers, leaders, and anyone who cares about the experience their customers have.

Trainees will leave renewed and energized to excel at winning in customer service.

This is a three hour workshop to learn about the fundamentals of winning customer service. It will take place at the Landing Zone in New Orleans.
