For those that have a passion for improving Customer Experience, it's easy to be paralyzed by the sheer number of possible changes that could be made. How do we decide what to do?

Customer Experience Design helps us validate the ideas, assess their potential impact, and decide on the proper investment. In addition, we need to engage our customers and stakeholders early, adopt an experimental mindset, and find the right thing(s) to build.

Join this limited-availability workshop to learn how to lead the collaborative, creative activities that produce valuable, testable experiments that can help you identify and build the right products for your customers.

You’ll Learn:

  • A simple framework to evaluate ideas and their impact.
  • Methods for creating low-cost experiments that generate meaningful feedback from real customers.
  • Hands-on exercises led by our experienced CX Craftsmen.
  • How to apply prototyping and design thinking to your own organization.

While the workshop will begin promptly at 9:00am, all guests are encouraged to arrive at 8:30am for networking and a light catered breakfast.
