  • Help you envision what this "unfair advantage" can look like to create a contextual basis for your company.
  • Determine how to implement this future state for your organization.


Workshop Format:

This workshop will blend introducing a solid foundation of concepts and perspectives as well as tools and frameworks to be applied for your organization. The subjects of this workshop are:

Understanding and Analyzing Your Current Customer Experience, and;

Designing and Implementing a Customer Experience that Creates a Competitive Advantage.

Our workshops are held at TechNexus, located at 20 N. Upper Wacker Dr. in Chicago, IL (Otherwise known as the Civic Opera House) in Suite 1200 (12th floor). Just a short distance from Union Station, we recommend public transit. However, if you're commuting from outside the Chicagoland area, we recommend using SpotHero to easily (and affordably) find parking.
