Sirte is the CEO of Shirute Ltd, the first Customer Experience Agency in Finland - coming to Singapore soon. She is also heading the activities of the global Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) in Finland, and one of the Association’s Founding Members and International Advisory Board Members.

Sirte is an internationally sought-after and awarded expert in the field of CX - a coach, designer and strategist with over 20 years of experience in advising large global corporations and brands across industries. She is known for translating customer understanding to concrete actions and results in a fast and cost-efficient way. At Shirute, she delivers creative solutions in customer experience management, customer experience research and experience design, customer data-driven business, voice of customer and reputation management, and helps create solutions through omnichannel service design.
