Customer Experience Coordinator University, new to BDR University, teaches how to implement a structured, retail process for your Sales and Install Coordinators. Train these vital team members in communication and organizational skills so they can drive improved customer satisfaction and drive referrals.


At this 3-day workshop, attendees will be guided through the importance of capturing, managing, and nurturing leads throughout the sales and install process while providing excellent client care skills and learning to treat co-workers as if they were clients.


By attending this class, Coordinators will:

Meet Your Trainer - Catherine Bares  

Catherine Bares has over two decades of HVAC experience largely focused on Service Opearations & Sales. She has held numerous positions over the years.

While Service is her passion, Catherine has proven total-company operations knowledge and has demonstrated her ability to manage, coach, and inspire.


 What happens after I register? 


Once registered, the Event Team will be in contact with you via the email you provided. You will receive a detailed Welcome Packet within 6-8 weeks of class. This will contain airport and hotel information, class agenda, what to do in the area, and how to get around. You will be able to remain in contact with the Event Team for any additional questions or concerns before or after the event.  


Customer Experience Coordinator University is a 3-day class. It is important for you to arrive no later than the evening prior to class. Registration and breakfast begin at 7:00 am! 






When will I receive my Welcome Packet?

Welcome Packets will be sent out to all registered attendees 6-8 weeks prior to the event. This packet will include information to help you book your travel and accommodations.

What is the refund policy?

For cancellations 30 day prior to the event,  there is a $200 per person cancellation and/or transfer fee to move to another session. Note: New sessions may take place in a different location from the session you originally registered for.

Cancellations received within 10 days of the class are non-refundable.
