About this Event

Customer Contact brings you the award winning cases of the Customer Contact Awards 2019. Get to know the projects in detail and find out why they were the winners in their category.

We start the event with lunch and a panoramic view of Ghent. Next, each awardwinning company will show you their project in detail and you'll have plenty of time to get your questions answered.

Sven De Clercq from Way2Play, expert in Game Based Learning and known from the Customer Service Cup will bring you some fun insights on new (or old?!) ways of learning. Afterwards we invite you for a network drink.

The location could not be more easily accessible, the VAC building lies next to Ghent St-Pieters Station. Coming by car? Underneath the building is a large underground parking lot.

The Customer Contact Awards are an initiative of the Belgian Association of Customer Contact. Admissions for 2020 open in the summer, the awards are presented during the Customer Contact Congress on 19/11/2020.
