This is no Customer Service snoozefest. Nor some consortium of panel-happy pencil pushers. It’s not even about us. It’s about you, and the customers you champion. It’s a chance to network with customer advocates as fierce as you are, during Santos Populares, Lisbon’s most iconic celebration.

The Customer Centric Conference (CCC) aims to inform CX leaders, bring them together, help them grow, and shape their approach—all so that, ultimately, customers around the world have the best experience imaginable.

That’s why, on June 6, we’re gathering 100 of the fiercest customer advocates in Lisbon’s historic center to celebrate the ideas, technology, and especially the people who are changing the customer experience at its core.
