CURVY YOGA 6 WEEK COURSE
Thursdays 5:30pm - 6:30pm September 29th - November 3rd
$110 - maximum of 14 students
With a focus on body acceptance and working with what yo'mama gave you - we'll use lots of props and adjusted sequences to show you how you can make any yoga pose work for your body! Traditional yoga poses were created for 12 year old Indian boys, so when you don't have the figure of a teenager (which most of us don't) a 'traditional' yoga class can be incredibly frustrating! No matter where you're at health and fitness wise we'll show you how yoga can work for you. Over the 6 week course we'll cover:
- Week 1 - Introduction to Yoga, Bandhas & Pranayama
- Week 2 - Core, Twists & Standing Postures
- Week 3 - Meditation, Mindfulness & Balance
- Week 4 - Hips & Heart Openers
- Week 5 - Forward Folds, Hamstrings & Quads
- Week 6 - Sun Salutations

We allow strictly one make-up class per course. All courses are non-refundable and non-transferable to different dates.
