It's not easy to cook a hot meal in 5 feet of standing floodwater. Next Sunday we'll be taking the time to appreciate a warm, dry kitchen, and to make some delicious curry to benefit the people of Thailand who have been struggling with floods since July. We invite you to eat a bowl of traditional khao soi [ข้าวซอย] by Bangkok native Pim Techamuanvivit, and help a person in Thailand who can't cook right now.
All proceeds go directly to people on the ground in Thailand working to feed those in need.
Curry With Pim is a street food style event that will take place Sunday November 13th. To help things run smoothly we're making tickets available for three blocks of time (5, 7, and 9pm). Please do us a favor and select your ticket from the block that most closely represents when you think you'll be attending. Your ticket gets you a bowl of delicious curry (meat and vegitarian options available), with additional items including Thai iced tea, beer, and wine available for purchase. We look forward to seeing you on Sunday!
The Picnic Basket
The Picnic Basket is dedicated to simple, delicious food and treats, seasoned with lots of love. Local farmers, foragers, and artisans, including the famous Penny Ice Creamery, are the cornerstone of our seasonal menu. Dine in our cozy café, grab an ice cream cone, or take a picnic basket to go as you venture out into the city, sea, or mountains.
